Mediation in India.

Mediation under Sec.89 CPC, is one of the Alternate Dispute Resolution techniques. Where ever people are involved in disputes mediation comes in. It settles cases faster than the courts with less cost and time. It is all about communication, negotiation, coming together, talking it out vs Litigating. It leads to happy families, better work associations, better neighbors less court cases etc., This blog is for making Mediation popular among lawyers, litigants, people, etc., in India.
